I must confess that I’m very excited to see the Wachowski’s next film, “V for Vendetta.” The trailer is a good tease, but this short excerpt from the original comic series is heart-wrenching. I hope the movie captures this kind of spirit. “In 1988 there was the war, and after that there were no more roses.” In a similar light, I must recommend The Telling by Ursula Le Guin.
